Liz is an RYT-500 Yoga Instructor recognized by Yoga Alliance. She is also an E-RYT200 with YACEP designation which allows her to deliver continuing education and content at the most advanced levels to yoga teachers for credit toward their CEU requirements for recertification. She holds additional certifications in Somatic Healing, Sound Healing and Pranayama Breathwork. Liz has been practicing yoga for almost 30 years and enjoys helping individuals develop a life-long yoga practice, as well as facilitating domestic and international retreats to help people relax, reset and transform their lives.
